Para inicio das actividades no Campo do Ameal, tivemos oito horas de pura adrenalina

Tivemos um almoço convivio onde os participantes puderam desfrutar de um ambiente que não encontram na cidade. Próprio da natureza onde estamos inseridos.
Ficamos a aguardar com expectativa a realizaçao do proximo evento, que estará já agendado.

Paintball

O Paintball é um desporto que consiste em um jogo onde duas ou mais equipas competem entre si, usando carregadores de bolas que soltam tinta ao atingir o adversário. O objectivo do paintball é apanhar a bandeira do outro grupo, na forma mais popular do jogo, e quanto mais adversários forem eliminados mais fácil fica de completar o objectivo do paintball
Não é preciso estar em forma para jogar paintball. Contudo, é recomendável fazer um aquecimento antes de jogar, pois o jogo de paintbal pode ser cansativo. Dependendo do local, o quanto se corre e o quanto se esconde, o jogo pode ser extremamente cansativo, ou seja, vá preparado para sair cansado do jogo. E divertir-se muito a jogar paintball.

Existem juízes no paintball dentro do campo para verificar a eliminação dos jogadores.

Paintball is a sport that consists of a game where two or more teams compete, using balls that drop shippers ink to hit the opponent.
